Job Summary: GrayRobinson, a leading full-service law and government consulting firm, is seeking a Trust and Estates Associate with 5 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration, as well as a Tax LLM and experience with income tax issues. Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance for estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and similar legal areas. - Create legal documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, as well as business formation and estate planning documentation. - Work with clients to develop and execute plans that protect and preserve assets.
Requirements: - 5 to 15 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. - Tax LLM and experience with income tax issues. - Keen attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. - Admission to the Florida Bar.
